At Elounda Heights your enjoyment and health as our number one priorities. All facilities will be fully operational: pool, pool bar and restaurant-main bar. All staff has been trained and certified by the Medical University of Crete in Covid-safe procedures

Reception and Check-in

  • Personal Protective Equipment to be worn by all employees (PPE)
  • Sanitisation stations for guests & employees
  • Guests are welcomed in our outdoor spaces & gardens with safe distances for a contactless check-in process
  • Keys will be sanitised using a UV light device after each check-out and collected by guests on arrival
  • Temperature measuring with touch-less devices
  • PPE equipment available for guests upon request
  • Gym will not be operational this year.
  • Check-in at 3pm and check-out at 11am in compliance with new Covid19 regulations, to ensure there is sufficient time to deep clean rooms for new guests.

Rooms

  • Rooms are thoroughly sanitised with industry-leading cleaning & disinfecting products
  • Cleaning during your stay will occur every other day: towels changed every second day and linen every four days to minimise physical interaction at the resort.
  • All rooms have big individual balconies or terraces, there are no lifts, all stairwells are outdoor and are shared by a maximum of two rooms.

Pool Area

  • Safe distances between sun beds and umbrellas in compliance with Covid19 regulations
  • Sanitisation stations for guests & employees
  • Pool Area Sanitisation will be increased throughout the day
  • A maximum of 15 guests are allowed in the pool at any given time

Dining

  • Sanitisation stations for guests & employees
  • Open-air seating at our restaurants with appropriate distancing between tables
  • Reservations required for all restaurants
  • Breakfast will operate with sittings to be booked at check-in
  • Digital menus will be available for all food and beverage outlets
  • Employees wear PPE during the operation of restaurants and bar
